To obtain the source code for this phase, you must have succesfully edited, compiled, run, and understood the source code from Phase II.

If you have accomplished this, again run the program from Phase II and enter the phrase
"I tbs t e lobr o lr veui eaee" (without the quotes) when the program prompts you for some ciphertext to decipher.

From the possible solutions, pick the one that looks to be the deciphered message.
